utm_ parameters and a Meta click identifier, fbclid), the page you first landed on, and the site that referred you. It tells us which ad brought you here so we can judge which ads are worth running. If you arrived without any of that, it is recorded as direct._fbp and _fbc cookie values set by the Meta Pixel described below. These are passed to our CRM alongside your submission so the lead can be matched back to the ad that produced it.This click data is captured when you first arrive and held in your browser’s session storage for the rest of your visit, so that an application you submit a few pages later is still credited to the ad you originally clicked. It is cleared when you close the tab.
We do not ask for, and you should never send us, payment card details, government ID numbers, or bank details through this site.
This site loads the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, ID 1280674430896983. It reports back to Meta when you view a page, view the training, start a chat, or submit a form. Meta uses this to measure our advertising and to build audiences for it — which means Meta can connect your activity on this site to your Facebook or Instagram account if you have one.
You can limit this in your Meta ad preferences, or block it with a browser-level tracker blocker. The site works perfectly well with the Pixel blocked.
After you submit the opt-in form, your answers are kept in your browser’s session storage under the key yfc_lead, so later pages can greet you by name and pre-fill the application. It is cleared when you close the tab, and it never leaves your device except as part of the form submission you already made.
Videos are embedded from Wistia and images are served from the Kajabi CDN. Both receive your IP address and basic request data in order to serve the file, and both may set their own cookies. Wistia additionally records video engagement — how much of a video was watched — which we see in aggregate.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
It is handled by the following, purely to run this business:
We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
Our providers operate internationally, so your information may be stored or processed outside your country, including in the United States. We handle personal information under the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
We will not make you jump through hoops or put you on a retention offer for asking. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a privacy regulator. In Australia that is the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, at oaic.gov.au.
This site and the program are for adults. You must be 18 or older to enrol, and we ask your age on the application for that reason. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us their details, email us and we will delete them.
Form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection to our CRM. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot promise otherwise. If we discover a breach affecting your information, we will tell you and any regulator we are required to notify.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant and we have your email, we will tell you directly rather than quietly editing the page.
